Partnerships
Clear Design Journal considers collaborations that fit its focus on understandable digital experiences and give readers a clear view of who is involved.
Relevant collaborations
We consider clearly scoped educational collaborations, commissioned explainers, event or resource partnerships, and placements for relevant services or publications. A proposal should explain its purpose, intended audience, proposed format and any payment or other material arrangement. Relevance to interface design matters more than broad reach.
Partner placements
We may accept clearly labelled partner placements across the site when their subject is relevant to the journal. Placement does not imply editorial endorsement. We do not present paid copy as independent reporting, and we reserve the right to decline material that is misleading, unsuitable or inconsistent with the publication's subject.
Clear labelling and contact
Collaborative or paid material is identified where readers encounter it. Editorial coverage remains separate from partner arrangements, and partners cannot require changes to independent articles or corrections. Send proposals through the Contact page and select the partnership option.
Clarity is a design choice
A screen can look polished and still leave people guessing. We pay attention to the words, structures and signals that make digital experiences easier to read.
